Ethernet cable & Wireless Internet Speed Test

From point to point, many of internet users want to test the speed of their internet connection and point out whether they are having what they were promised by their internet service provider. It can be very infuriating if we find ourselves with limited download speeds when we are trying to watch a movie or play an online game. The first thing to put together is to find out where the error really exists, or the shortfall of internet speed. It could be from the phone or internet line, or it might be because of wireless problems.

Perform Two Simple Tests:
It is always suggested to carry out these two tests. One test with the help of the Ethernet cable which is connected to your PC or laptop so you will get a good demonstration of your actual internet line speed. Then, perform a Speed Test at different distances using your wireless internet connection. This will point out whether there is a variation between your wireless connection speed and your Ethernet connected speed. If there is, then it could be that your wireless connection is being blocked with by other connections, electrical devices, or naturally through the air over a distance.
Additionally, there could be blocked such as a wall or wooden partition that impede the internet signals. Some houses are built in such way it has heavier walls and a top which can cause real reductions in Dsl speed.

Speed Tests:
There is a huge variety of internet speed tests like Ptcl Speed Test, Evo speed test, Wateen Speed Test, Qubee Speed Test.
